On Tuesday, April 24, 2018, Focus Physiotherapy closed for the day to allow police to investigate and gather evidence of a terrible attack in our Willowdale neighbourhood at Yonge and Sheppard.

The attack of April 23, 2018, was a cowardly act aimed at killing and hurting as many women as possible by running them down with a rented van.

We remember the women and men killed and injured by this deranged individual and mourn their death. We hope that all the injured recover fully.

These were the horrible, shameful actions of a deranged misogynist.

Misogyny is hate; misogyny is wrong, misogyny kills.

We hope and pray for the injured, the dead, their family and our community.
